GLENDALE – ORION Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of La Cabana, a freestanding building that sold for $475,000 ($116/SF). Situated on 2.3 acres, the property is located on the northwest corner of 43rd Avenue and Grand Avenue, just north of Camelback Road. Just under 4,100 square feet, the building was vacant at close of escrow.
Nick Miner, CCIM and Michael Achtman at ORION Investment Real Estate facilitated the sale. Miner said, “We received multiple offers on the property. We ended up selecting this group because of their ability to close the transaction in 15 days.” Achtman noted, “Buyer has a solid business track record and should do well at this location.”
The Seller in this transaction was LaRuke Development Group, a private investor from California. The Buyer, Comerford Holding Co, LLC, plans to occupy the property and operate Aldea Weddings.
