TEMPE, AZ – ORION Investment Real Estate–Nick Miner, CCIM–is proud to announce the sale of 401 S McClintock Drive for $669,400 or $112/SF. This ±6,000 square foot industrial/retail building was constructed in 1963 and has many renovations over the years, with the most recent one completed in 2000 by the former tenant, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The property has great frontage along McClintock Drive and is located just south of Tempe Marketplace.  The buyer will be occupying the building for their business.
