Phoenix – ACJ Properties Biltmore Courts LLC in Phoenix, a company formed by Los Angeles Angels owner Arte Moreno, paid $2.31 million to buy a nearly complete luxury townhouse project located near the Biltmore area of Phoenix. The seller was National Bank of Arizona in Phoenix. The bank took title to the property through a deed in lieu of foreclosure process.
