Sweet Tomatoes’ parent launching Field Kitchen concept in Arizona Sweet Tomatoes’ parent company has picked Phoenix to test a new crop of restaurants called Field Kitchen. San Diego-based Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. will pump about $2 million into converting six local Sweet Tomatoes sites into Field Kitchens during the next two months.
