Scottsdale Shopping Venue To Become The Enclave At Borgata
A new Scottsdale residential opportunity will be rising from where the Borgata shopping venue once stood, with pre-sales expected to begin in early 2015. RV Store To Take Over Empty Peoria Town Center
An RV accessory retailer is taking over the vacant Peoria Town Center complex at Peoria and Grand avenues, State Trailer RV & Outdoor Supply, STS, has bought the 173,000-square-foot vacant shopping center that formerly housed a Walmart (WMT) and Albertsons grocery store. STS will locate a 60,000-square-foot RV parts and accessory store at the center and lease out the rest of the space, according to the city of Peoria… Read more »
Physician-Owned Medical Office Building Under Construction Near Chandler Regional Medical Center
