Texas Developer to Invest $72M in Senior Housing Market

Plans call for opening Mariposa Point of Gilbert at 1445 Willis Road in Gilbert this month, with two others to follow in Surprise and Mesa later this year. Construction Unemployment Rates Improve in 22 States
 

April’s not seasonally adjusted (NSA) construction unemployment rates were down in 22 states and unchanged in two (Arkansas and California) on a year-over-year basis, according to analysis released today by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
