I represented the owner in the acquisition of this property as an investment 4 years ago. Both of the leases came due late last year. Within 6 months, I was able to release the entire property.
The most recent addition to the building is CMI. This was a relocation from 21st Avenue & Van Buren to the business park. They liked the building, the fact that it had a fenced/secure yard and the location.
