UniSource breaks ground on 170,000SF HQ UniSource Energy Corp. kicked off construction Monday on the company's new 170,000-square-foot headquarters in downtown Tucson. The nine-story building will provide office space for more than 425 employees of UniSource subsidiary Tucson Electric Power and include nearly 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space as well as a conference center, meeting rooms and about 500 parking spaces.
